Refund & Returns Policy
At Flâneur Parfum, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our atomizers are built to accompany you through years of travel, and we take that seriously.
Our Guarantee
Every Flâneur Parfum atomizer is covered against manufacturing defects in the pump mechanism, internal leaks, and structural flaws. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us at support@flaneurparfum.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve it promptly.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
What Is and Isn't Covered
Covered: Manufacturing defects in the pump mechanism, internal leaks, or structural flaws present at the time of delivery.
Not covered: Accidental damage, misuse (including use with non-standard perfume nozzles or adapters), natural wear and tear of leather over time, or change of mind. For hygiene reasons, used atomizers are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
How to Request a Return
Email support@flaneurparfum.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo or video showing the defect
Please do not return any item without prior written authorisation from our team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. To be eligible, the item must be accompanied by its original packaging where possible.
Shipping & Responsibility
For approved returns, please send your item via a tracked, reputable carrier. Flâneur Parfum does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if our team confirms a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full refund for the product and reimburse your standard return shipping cost. Please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your return.
If no defect is found, or if damage is determined to be the result of misuse or accidental damage, your item will be returned to you at your expense. We will notify you of this outcome within 5 business days of receiving your return, and refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.
Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery within Australia before contacting us about a missing order.
