Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flâneur Parfum. We take care in preparing every order and aim to get your atomizer to you as quickly as possible.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future — sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Timeframes

We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days for metro areas, up to 10 business days for regional areas

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods such as Christmas.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat rate of $10 AUD on all domestic orders. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $95 AUD.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information via Australia Post. If your parcel appears lost or has not moved in several days, contact us at support@flaneurparfum.com and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.

Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched and accepted by Australia Post, Flâneur Parfum is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by Australia Post. However we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Flâneur Parfum is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@flaneurparfum.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
